What the minimum space required?We have a range of castles varying in size please check the suitability for your booking. You can check the castles sizing under the listing, this will show the size and the size required. As a general rule we advise to allow approximately 4ft around the castle, including front, sides and rear of castle. Please ensure area around the unit is clear.
Do you provide power?
We do supply power cables, but we need to be notified whether a power source is available.If no mains power source is available we are able to supply either a petrol blower or generator, for an additional cost. Please contact us to discuss any power requirements.
How do I book?
The preferred method is by using the online booking system accessed through this website, alternatively you can use our Facebook booking system, call us or email us.
How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
You are able to book
anytime in advance, April-September is our busy season and we can booked well in advance. We try our best to accommodate everyone, occasionally we may need to re-jig timings around but we will get in contact if required to do so. Please note you are unable to book online if your requested date is within 48hrs, please contact us if this is the case.

How much does it cost?
Please see the individual listing for the price per item. Prices vary depending on delivery postcode, if you need power and if you require over night hire.
What do the prices include?
All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, a small charge may need to be charged for out of area deliveries (please contact us for delivery rates). You will also receive a blower, extension cable and safety mats; the price also includes set up, inflation and collection.
When are your bouncy castles available?
Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round including Bank Holidays.
How long can I keep the equipment for?
The time you hire the equipment for is up to you. The price is per hire, therefore if you require the unit for 2 hours the cost would be the same as an 8 hour hire. Please note though that there is an over night hire charge and if you have the unit for the second day then additional charges may occur.
Do you hire overnight?
All our units are available for over night hire, however they must be collected by 10am the next day or a second days hire charge will occur.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required over the phone. If booking on line, there is the option to pay a £25 deposit, however this is not required. Once you've received your booking confirmation you're booked in!
How do I pay?
Most people choose to pay via cash or card on delivery. You are now able to pay online once you've receieved your booking confirmation. BACS is also accepted for corporate, school or community events.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at anytime, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible. If no notice is given you may incur a cancellation fee.
What if it rains or high winds?
Most of our castles come with a rain or sun cover. If the weather is extreme, then cancellation is acceptable. We will contact you on the day of the hire to ascertain if you still require the equipment. The inflatable will work in the rain, as long as the electric sockets are indoor or covered.
If there are high winds or gusts of more the 24mph then we will be forced to cancel the booking. If the weather changes whilst you have the unit on hire we will call and ask you to turn the machine off.
Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
No this is not possible however if it is a very slight slope it may be ok, you will need to discuss this prior to the booking.
How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
The bouncy castles take approx 10 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire. If you have other units on hire as well these times may vary accordingly.
When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?
We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply. You will need to complete the hire agreement once the unit has been set up and you are happy with it. We will then leave you to enjoy your party!
Do you supply safety instructions?
All our castles have safety instruction sewn into the side/front of them. Before we leave you we will run through the do's and dont's of the equipment. We want you to have fun but in a safe manner!
